- Plan, implement and continuously optimize a structure for new and current agents to keep them motivated and sales-oriented
- Recruit new agents, in cooperation with our e-commerce, online marketing, call center and customer service departments
- Provide ongoing care, communication and sales motivation to agents
- Plan and deliver promotions, incentives and marketing campaigns to agents, in order to boost the sales and grow the structure
- Create digital content that are designed to be shared by agents
- Run online and offline trainings for agents
- Organize events for agents
- Closely cooperate with Product team to share product feedback and continuously improve the product quality
- Work with a team in Thailand, as well as our headquarters in Poland, Europe

- Minimum 7 years of experience in creating and managing MLM structures and own agents
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and sales management
- Experience in cosmetic, food supplement or health & wellness industry
- Fluent English
- Results driven with a high level of energy and an ability to quickly grasp and implement new concepts and methodologies
- Strong ability to self-start initiatives and function independently without management supervision
- Responsibility and availability – not just a 9 to 5 job
